Do you ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom / India ?

As DermaFair is a new cream in the market and available to limited countries.  Our aim is to distribute to as many countries as possible in next 2 years.  Please check our website for our local distributor in your area.   If you don’t have a local distributor then we make every effort to send you cream directly from UK or India.  Online ordering may be limited to specific countries.  You may place your order by mail if your location is not listed in the online checkout page.   For more information, please view our contact form.

Where can I purchase DermaFair ?

You may buy our product from our local outlets in your country and city.   You can place an order through our website at any time. The DermaFair cream is available from many select Dermatologists, spas, aestheticians and specialized clinics.  You can go to Local distributors section under tab About us.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).  We also accept debit cards that display the Visa or Mastercard logo. We do not accept personal and company checks.

Do you offer any free samples?

We don’t offer free samples but initial sample can be shipped with a half price discount to our consumer but one samples will be given with the discount rate of 50% to the address provided .

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Please use our contact page to request a quote for large orders.

Shipping cost

Unless you have a local distributor or stockiest, if Derma Clinical UK ltd or Derma Clinical India sent cream directly to you then there will be a extra charge for the shipment for the DermaFair  cream as it’s a Liposomal cream and needs to be stored and shipped in cold.  This will be notifying to you prior to your order is finalised, and this depends upon the distance and country.  United Kingdom and India will have a normal shipment policies (will notify you), as the companies are based in UK and India.

If your order was received damaged or defective, please mail us for an exchange, we need photo evidence to see the product is not in a good condition.
